*You Must fill out the Entire form.
*After your finished it must go in The charectors are active area so an admin can add them.
*You have one main power and one sub power That is all.
*You can have as many charectors as you want.
*You must put which dorm room number is yours.
*For the dorm room It must be boys with boys and girls with girls xD
*2 To a room.
*Must explain in detail how they got thier powers.
*Please read the ground rules for more Info on your powers which you will find that in the college world ^^.
*Can be a teacher or a student.
*Age limits
-Student age limits 18-21
-Teacher age limits 24-30
*You Only have to have 3 classes and choose which ever you want.
*Can only have 1 elective.
*I will add more when I think of them
