The Dragons

I smield my tongue going along hers and chuckled

I pulled my tongue back into my mouth. Gently I kissed across his jaw and down to his neck. "I have another question for you." I had to ask. But I kept kissing him.

"And what is it?'i asked with a smile

"If I was positive I wanted to be like you. Would you change me?" I needed to know. I hated the fact that I wasn't like him. I wanted to be like him, so perfect in every way.

"no"i said firmly as i sat up and stared at her.I dident want to ruin her life

"Why not?!" I argued. Why was he being so stubborn. "Maybe I'll just someone else to do it." I threatened.

"There is no one alse and i dont want to ruin your life"he snapped back wioth a glared

I glared at him and clutched my hands into fists. "I'm not ruining my life if I want it. Plus, I could get any vampire on this Earth to change me." I snapped as I stood.

"No you cant i wont let them and i wont let you ruin it either"he snapped as he stood

"You can't stop me!" I stormed up to my room after that. I threw on the dress I had showed Dilan and then put some black heels along with it. I made sure that my hair was out. With a determined sigh I went to the front door and left.

i put my pants on quickly and jumpped oujt the window silently following her in the forest,watching to see what she was gonna do.

As I walked I quickly ruffled my hair. I knew where every vampire would stay and try to blend in, I used to be a dragon so I knew it all. I knew how to kill them, I knew their weaknesses. But, I had gotten my dragon tattoo removed. I had resigned from my clan all because of Brendan. When I stopped and shook my hair again, I saw some eyes instantly go over to me. Perfect. I went towards the male that seemed to be holding his breath, and smiled. "I need you to do me a favor." I whispered towards him as I stepped close to him. I brushed my skin against him and saw how he cringed. So I was correct, he was a vampire. Slowly and cautiously I brushed my hair over my shoulder to expose my neck.

The male's eyes ran over the exposed skin of my neck. He placed his hand on my shoulder and leaned down to press his lip to my neck. That made me gulp quietly. I knew this would hurt. It would hurt me and my relationship with Brendan. But, I wanted to be like him. I wanted to be so perfect that it seemed impossible. I wanted to be just like him. I wanted to be his species, a vampire.

I snarled as i leaped ouit of the bushes,slamming my wieght into the man making him let her go.I barred my fangs at him,going into a crouch mode "Mine"i warned him with a glare of my eyes.

I stumbled back and ended up losing my balance. I had to admit Brendan was so strong that he could hurt me without even knowing it. When I fell to the ground, I scraped my elbow on the rough pavement. The cool air was sucked quickly into my mouth, through my teeth. It hurt badly and I had to clutch my elbow, hoping it wasn't bleeding. But when I felt the warm liquid drip onto my skin, I couldn't help but let the word out, “No.” I said it through my teeth and got to my feet.

“Brendan. Why won't you just let me be like you? I'm so fragile now, you could kill me by accident and then what would you do?” I raised my arm to show him the bleeding scrape on my arm. The red liquid ran down my arm, and I ended up shaking my head. “Brendan, please just let me.” I begged.

I stood up "I already told you why"i said with a heavy sigh as i walked towards her and stared at the red liquid that dropped to the ground,making me frown."Im.....sorry but i cant let you be one of me"i sighed heavly once more as i gently grabbed her elbow.

Just the fact that he touched my elbow made me cry out in pain. I jerked my fragile skin away from him and held it against my palm. “But....I want to be like you.” I whispered.

I backed up at the ry of pain and looked at my hand and frowned.

I winced as the red liquid leaked from my vein faster. I shook my head towards Brendan and turned towards my house.

"guyess all these hands do is hurt: i muttered wuith a heavy sighg and let my hand drop to my side as i stared away from her.

I couldn't just leave him. I went back and took his hand, even if there was blood on it. I took a deep breath before pulling him along with me.

I dident sqeezed my hand with hers i let it be limp.i dident want to hrut her anymore.

I pulled him into my house and locked the door behind us. When I gently kissed him, I squeezed his hand.

I followed her along my eyes downcast.Once she kissed me i let out another soft sigh and leaned into the kiss.

I felt when he sighed. His hot breath blew against my face. It made me pull back and gently bite my lip. "What's wrong now?"

"All i do......is hurt you"i whispered with another sigh and closed his eyes as he leaned forward and softly kissed her neck.
