The Dragons

Brendan sighed once mroe and stood running off back towards his house.As he ran threw the forest in a blur his mind was filling with questions he couldent answer,he dident know why he couldent he just cant the answers never popping up after the question.

Michelle came home to an empty house. She sighed and drifted upstairs, laying on her bed and just thinking.

Brendan sighed once he got home and walked into his house.

Michelle winced as she rubbed her wrist that still had a piece of Brendan's shirt wrapped aroun him. She took a deep breath, his smell wipping into her nostrils.

Brendan slowly sat own on the couch and put his head into his hands.He closed his eyes and rubbed his temple as his thoughts sort themselves out.Once he opened them he touched his fangs and sighed,Why did he half to be so diffrent from everyone alse?he woundered as he looekd towards the Window up at the blue sky.

Michelle sighed and flinched when she heard her father coming into the house. She went to her window and simply climbed down the tree. Her legs carried her swiftly and she was soon at a nearby house, Brendan's house. She knocked on the door and shifted in her spot.

Brendan turned his head towards the door and tilted it slightly.He sniffed the air as he walked towards it allitle shocked that it was Michelle.He swiftly changed his facial exspression to calm as he opened the door and stared at her one hand leaning against the door while the other was in his pocket."Um....hey"he said not really knowing what alse to say.

"Oh um.....sorry to bother you I was just um.....well my father....is......ummmmmmm" Michelle was so nervous and awkward that she was stumbling over her words. She looked down and sighed.

"Your father is...."He questioend trying to atleats guess the last words cause he couldent read her mind.It was strange he could read everyone alse's but hers."Home,beating you,fighting?'he asked alittle guilty that he even said anything.

"Well he's home.....and he was drunk. I could just tell. My mother isn't home yet, and I don't want to be in a house alone with him." She explained in a whisper.

"oh......well....um....you could stay here i guess till he left"he mumbled as he moved aside to let her in with a small tiny smile.

"Thanks." she whispered. Slowly she entered the house and gulped silently.

"Well you can eat anything u want cause i dont get eaten here"he mutter with a playful queit chuckled and smiled alittle bigger but not much."U can do whatever as long as nothing breaks and you dont ruin my clothes"he teased jokingly just to lighten the mood.

She laughed softly and nodded. "Thanks." she said again and silently sat n a chair her eyes on her hands that were placed in her lap.

Brendan sighed,he dident mind a human being in his house or the fact that she new his secret.He shrugged and walked back towards the couch sitting down once more.He turned on the Tv and put one arm along the back of the couch,leaning back into the cushion slightly,his other hand on his chin with his elbow was on the couch arm rest.

Michelle's eyes drifted over to him. She admired his beauty, how perfect he was. With a small smile she looked down, somewhat hoping he didn't hear her thoughts.

"So your...a human huh?'he asked as he looekd her up and down.His thoughts wondered as he looked at her perfect body,she dident need to be a vampire or anything alse to know that she was in fact beautiful in her own way,almost making his mouth drop but he just clentched his jaws and looekd at the tv.

Michelle pushed her hair over her tattoo, on the right side. Luckily she was sitting to the left of Bendan and he wouldn't be able to see it. "Yeah, boring I know." she laughed softly.

"Well some huamsn are but most arent"he smield and nodded slightly as he shifted akwardly in his seat.

Michelle looked over at him with her head cocked to the side. She stood and took the spot beside him, still on his left side. "Really?" she asked with a soft and curious smile.

"In the past hundred years i have been alive i have not once seen atleast one human have a queit and ordinary life without something dangorous happen"he pointed out as he shrugegd and smiled back with the smae curious stare.

"Well sorry to destroy your record, but you've met her." Michelle laughed softly and looked down nervously. Her eyes quickly touched Brendan's face before falling to the floor.

"I attacked you and broke your wrist how is that not dangorous?plus your hanging out with a blood sucker?"he questioend playfully with a light chuckle as he relaxed more.

"I deserved it actually. I'm....sorry." she admitted with a small shy smile. "And your not a blood sucker, your a leech." she teased playfully.

"Its alright i get attacked msyelf atleats once a day or so"he shrugegd he chuckeld at ehr comment "Thats Mr.Leech to you"he teased back and laughed.
